What coaching is…..and isn’t

When I tell people I’m a health coach, there is often some confusion. “So, you’re a personal trainer?”  No, not a trainer. Sometimes I’ll compare it to something most people are familiar with….life coaching or leadership coaching. But once we get to that place, many people still don’t quite understand what coaching is all about.
